"Things keep happening," Demeter said, shaking her head.
"Well, yeah, that's what life is," I replied.
What was happening? Just stuff. Y'know, life.
And all of us, Demeter, the Resident Fan Boy, and younger daughter, got our flu vaccinations this week, so we're tired.
